Directions to Greer City Park

FROM I-85 SOUTH

Take the Highway 14 Exit (56) and turn left (west) toward Greer. Proceed approximately 4.5 miles to downtown, where you will pass the Greer Heritage Museum and the Greer Police Department on your left. Turn right at the next light onto SC 101 / East Poinsett Street and Greer City Park will be 300 yards on your left. 

 

FROM I-85 NORTH

Take the Highway 101 Exit (60) and turn right (north) toward Greer. Proceed approximately 5.5 miles. Pass Victor Memorial Veterans Park on your right (look for the helicopter!) and Victor Park on your left. Turn left at the next stoplight onto East Poinsett Street (Greer City Park will be 200 yards on your right).

 

FROM GREENVILLE (HIGHWAY 29)

Travel north on Highway 29 (Wade Hampton Blvd.) into Greer. Cross Buncombe Road (Taco Bell will be on the right at the intersection) and stay in the right lane. Turn right at the next light (S.C. 101 / 290) which is West Poinsett Street and proceed straight. Pass First Baptist Church and the City of Greer Fire Department and cross Main Street (S.C. Highway 14). Proceed straight and Greer City Park will be 300 yards on your left.

 

FROM SPARTANBURG (HIGHWAY 29)

Travel south on Highway 29 (Wade Hampton Blvd.) into Greer. Pass Wal-Mart, Nissan of Greer, and the Clock Restaurant (all on your left). At the next stoplight turn left onto Highway 357 and proceed to the second stoplight (East Poinsett Street). Turn right and Greer City Park will be 200 yards on your right.
